Responsibilities include developing international (emerging) markets and identifying M&A opportunities to boost growth.

• Assisting a mid-size Solutions Company in developing its business opportunities in Asia. Appointed by the board and CEO to assist global teams in business development and eco-system related efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include developing new markets and identifying partnership / joint venture opportunities.

• Assisting a start-up Software Company to acquire funding towards an international growth. Appointed by investors to help the company establish an international strategy towards sustained growth. Responsibilities include expanding in USA and Europe through partnerships including distributors and consultants.

• Assisting a mid-size BPO Services Company to transform it into a global packaging premedia services leader. Appointed by investors to help the management team in expanding global business foot print. Responsibilities include exploring new avenues where India can further support global growth by leveraging its huge talent base in the graphic arts industry.

• Assisting a mid-size Industrial Solutions Company in expanding its operations into Asia pacific. Appointed by the CEO to develop business plans for potential units, strategy development, business establishment and implementation. Responsibilities include expanding specialised design and consulting services to the Asia Pacific market.
